This book presents the alphabet in such a creative way. Aside from teaching children the different letters of the alphabet, it can help learn and recognize different colors, recognize rhymes, and discover more about ourselves and the people around us. This informational text would definitely benefit younger children and beginning readers developing alphabet awareness and concepts of print. The illustrations are colorful and fun, including the silly little alphabet peas. Another great book to have in my future home or classroom library!
I have seen this book so many times at the bookstore, but I have never looked inside. I will have to check it out. I love a good alphabet book!
